Where is my order (limited edition album, starter pack, box or missing stickers)?

Your order will be shipped via traceable courier and, once shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping number from the courier’s website, which you can use to track your order. Your order will arrive within 7 working days at the latest.
Haven’t received an order dispatch email yet? This means that we are still processing your order: you will receive the email shortly! We kindly ask you to also check your SPAM folder.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be shipped via courier, so you can track your shipment on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

I entered some personal details incorrectly (address, name, mobile number, email address). What can I do?

Access your personal dashboard via the link you received in the order confirmation email and select ‘Addresses’ from the menu on the left.
You can modify your order before it is shipped. After the shipping date, any changes cannot be communicated to the warehouse.

How many missing stickers and Twin Cards can I buy?

Our website allows you to purchase only one sticker and two Twin Cards per type (for example: one sticker of the Mona Lisa, two Twin Cards of Monet’s poppies).
The website also limits the purchase of the total number of missing stickers and Twin Cards, even across multiple orders.
The reason is simple: the missing service is designed to allow you to complete your collection with the latest hard-to-find stickers, not to purchase the entire collection online. For this reason, the website refuses orders that exceed the imposed limit.
